Arlene Jaye Katz PT, CSCS
Certified Authentic Pilates Teachers
The New
York Pilates Studio®
New
York City
Arlene has been exploring movement through Dance, Sports, and the Martial Arts throughout her life. Learning the Authentic Pilates Method of Contrology has been one of her goals for many years. As a physical therapist it has given her the necessary tool to enable her patients to relearn normal painfree movement and enjoy their active lifestyles again. In most cases, patients/clients are able to fine tune and expand their movement repertoire allowing them to return to their athletic activities enjoying newly aquired strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and mental focus.
Arlene is grateful for the excellent training she recieved from Mrs. Stephanie Beatty Teacher of Teachers: Mr. Brett Howard Teacher of Teachers: Sean P. Gallagher PT Teacher of Teachers: Ms. Suzanne Lavey: Ms Daisy Sola.
The Authentic Pilates Method is a precious gift, and Arlene is happy to share this with everyone.Arlene"s Resume
