is the Cost of a Physical Therapy Session at PAPT?
Costs:One Hour Initial Comprehensive Evaluation: $125.00
One Half Hour Follow up Visit: $80.00
Late Cancellation fee: $30.00
One Hour Prevention Screening fee: $125.00
Your insurance company may cover all or a portion of these costs. Contact your insurance company
or call
PAPT directly to learn your costs. For performers without insurance, ask about our sliding scale to make physical therapy more affordable for you.
Please note: There is a 24 Hour Late Cancellation fee
for all Physical Therapy Sessions. You will need to call the
office or leave a phone message on weekends and holidays to
cancel 24 hours in
advance of your scheduled session. Other wise you will be
charged the late cancellation fee above.
