Onsite/Off Site Care
Mr. Gallagher and the excellent staff
at PAPT has been providing onsite and offsite care to performers
for over 25 years.
Onsite Care: At your theater, school or
rehearsal space, we provide preventative and maintenance physical therapy for your
performers or students. We believe that an ounce of prevention
is worth a pound of cure. Onsite care is an affordable
way to improve the health and well being of performers by
intervening before small problems become major injuries that remove them from performance.
We strive to provide the highest
quality evaluations and care at the theater to decrease the
amount of time lost to injury.
Offsite care: At our
offices on 43rd street, we provide the same therapy for productions working with
limited space at the theaters. We will set up specific
times for your performers to come to the office and be treated one on one by our therapists.
In regard to costs, prevention is most effective in decreasing the injury rate at
any production. Replacing an injured performer is extremely expensive, considering the costs of rehearsals,
costumes, advertising, etc., not to mention worker's compensation and treatment for the performer. Replacing
only one performer can cost more than on-site physical therapy for an entire year. Save money, time, effort
