Strength Power

Performing requires power strength. These are the muscles that are designed to lift, carry and move you through space and do work. This is also the muscle function most often addressed in gyms and exercise programs. We have taken this a step further and have developed or integrated exercises in our personalized home programs that provide this strengthening with very little expense or the need of most gym equipment. We also incorporate many exercises with the stability component of muscle function so that you get both muscle functions at the same time.

This way of exercising best reflects real life (walking down the street or dancing on stage) and thus your home exercise program we design for your specific injury and problem will provide you with exercises that are specific, address your individual imbalnces and neuromusculoskeletal problems. We treat the whole body and address all the functions of movement to ensure the best quality and care in our physical therapy practices.
