AFFILIATION REQUIREMENTS
We ask that students applying for our internship have a strong dance background, previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinical rotation, and should be finished with all academic course work. Please keep in mind the deadline for 2009 Applicants is May 1st, 2008. We require that students fax the following materials by that time:
1. Dance Resume
2. Professional Resume
3. One-page Letter of Interest
Qualified students are accepted based on a telephone interview. Interviews for the 2009 affilation time slots will begin in mid-May and decisions will be made by May 30th.
